We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Solutions Consultant to support our sales team in selling HR Technology Consulting Services. In this role, you will need strong relationship management skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach. The primary responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to conduct discovery sessions, designing scope of work, and preparing proposals tailored to client needs. This position is focused on enabling successful sales processes and ensuring the quality of client deliverables. How you'll make an impact
Partner with the sales team to understand client objectives and requirements for HR Technology Consulting Services. Training and educating our sales team and the Gallagher ecosystem on our consulting services. Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather information and clarify needs. Design scope of work and develop proposals aligned with client goals (e.g., implementation support, vendor transitions, optimization, open enrollment readiness). Prepare and deliver presentations and documentation for consulting services. Ensure smooth handoff of finalized proposals to the consulting delivery team, including clear scope, expectations, and timelines. Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and enablement resources. Utilize sales enablement tools such as pitch decks, case studies, pricing models, and competitive positioning. Follow best practices in opportunity management, documentation, and CRM utilization. Adhere to performance goals and KPIs, ensuring quality and consistency in client deliverables and proposals. Lead post-sale review sessions to capture lessons learned and inform future pursuits. Provide strategic input on resource planning, forecasting, and revenue projections. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging client needs. About You
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in HR technology consulting sales support, business development, or client solutions roles Knowledge of consultative selling methodologies and B2B solution sales Hands‑on expertise with major HCM and Benefits Administration platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Businessolver, UKG, bswift, or comparable systems. Strong understanding of consulting service models, including implementations, vendor transitions, managed services, and integrations. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Strong willingness to pursue new markets, new solutions, and new project types Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. At least 3 years of HR Tech or Brokerage experience. Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
