Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a team. This role involves managing a full book of business, providing exceptional service to clients, and supporting the growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a predominantly remote environment.
Compensation Package
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business, handling accounts ranging from $5,000 to $500,000.
Provide claims and payment assistance to clients.
Conduct policy renewals, coverage reviews, pricing, and delivery.
Support new business sales, including sourcing, quote preparation, and presentation.
Prepare ACORD and application forms.
Handle inbound and outbound sales and service phone calls.
Maintain and update data in the Applied Systems Epic agency management system.
Collaborate with MGAs and underwriters to ensure efficient account management.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for daily tasks.
Adapt to new responsibilities and learn new skills as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in commercial insurance account management.
Experience with surplus lines is essential.
Proficiency in Applied Systems Epic is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Soft Skills:
Personable and approachable demeanor.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Work Environment:
Remote work environment with occasional onsite meetings (approximately 8 times per year).
Must be available for initial onsite training.
