Overview Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role focuses on renewals and retention of commercial lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in small business insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, with the option to work remotely for the first three months before relocating.

Compensation

Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)

Relocation Package: $5,000 for candidates relocating to Duluth, GA after the initial remote period

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with a focus on small business accounts, including BOPs, workers' compensation, restaurants, beauty wholesalers, professional services, dental offices, and more

Handle renewals and retention of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships

Quote new and renewal business as required

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Collaborate with producers and other account managers to support the commercial lines team

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system (HawkSoft)

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required

Experience: 1-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, preferably with small business accounts

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar agency management software preferred

Language Skills: Korean language proficiency is highly desirable

Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; customer-focused mindset; adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges
