What You Will Be Doing
Working warm seller leads in Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Scripps Ranch, and Ramona
Hosting open houses, touring properties, and guiding clients through the full process
Following up with leads by call, text, and video
Using proven scripts and tools that top agents use every day
Building long-term relationships with buyers and sellers in your farm area

Responsibilities
Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email
Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent
Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients
Qualifications
+1 year of experience generating real estate leads
Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
Must possess a real estate license
Compensation $78,000+ yearly
