What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own full-cycle recruiting for high-priority corporate roles, partnering closely with leadership to define hiring needs and interview strategies
Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior hiring managers, providing market insight and talent recommendations
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines
Evaluate, interview, and present candidates with structured recommendations for hiring decisions
Drive efficiency and consistency in the recruiting process, identifying opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly for complex corporate roles in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
Strong business acumen to align hiring strategy with organizational goals
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in high-growth, dynamic organizational settings
Familiarity with virtual recruiting tools and platforms
Background in behavioral health or related fields
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
Demonstrated capability in driving process improvements within recruitment functions
