We are seeking an Architectural Designer who can operate in a fast‑paced development environment and contribute across concept, documentation, and execution.
This role requires adaptability, discipline, and a strong team mindset. Development is dynamic. Priorities shift. Jurisdictional comments evolve. The right candidate remains steady, solution oriented, and focused on execution.
Responsibilities
Assist in site planning and early‑stage design studies
Produce and coordinate construction documents
Support permit submittals and jurisdictional responses
Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil consultants
Develop high‑quality renderings, visualizations, and video walkthroughs
Support predevelopment research, budgeting input, and project strategy

Technical Qualifications
Proficiency in Revit required
Working knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD
Rendering capability such as Enscape, Lumion, D5, or similar
Familiarity with AI‑assisted visualization workflows
Ability to produce still renderings and video presentations
Solid understanding of building codes and ADA
Experience
3 to 7 or more years preferred
Commercial or mixed‑use experience is a plus
