What You Will Do:

Respond to incoming leads quickly and professionally.

Shadow senior agents and attend weekly training sessions to master our system.

Conduct buyer consultations and show homes in the Central TX area.

Host open houses to meet prospective buyers.

Commit to a daily schedule of follow‑up and lead nurturing.

Qualifications:

A "student mentality"—you must be eager to learn and willing to follow a proven model.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Reliable transportation and familiarity with the Temple/Belton area.

Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new software (CRM, email, etc.).

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$50,000 - $125,000+ per year (Commission-based)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Weekend availability

Self‑determined schedule

Supplemental pay types:

Commission pay
