Who We Are Looking For:

Licensed Agents:

You must hold an active Real Estate License. We are open to newly licensed agents who are coachable and hungry to learn!

Local Experts:

You have knowledge of (or a desire to master) the Central TX markets.

Self-Starters:

You want a career, not a job. You are ready to follow a proven schedule and system to hit six figures.

Tech-Savvy:

You are comfortable using CRMs and digital tools to manage your pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Consistently follow up with incoming leads to maximize conversion (speed to lead matters!).

Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand client needs.

Show homes, host open houses, and negotiate contracts.

Attend weekly training and team meetings to sharpen your skills.

Manage the client relationship from the first call to the closing table.

Qualifications:

Active Real Estate License (Required)

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Past sales experience is a plus, but we train the right attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000 - $215,000+ per year (Commission-based potential)
