Full-Time, Onsite (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Compensation:
$65,000+ (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities

We are a

experiencing
immense growth , and we’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Administrator to support our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and wants long-term growth within a successful real estate operation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage listings and transactions from pre-listing through closing
Prepare CMAs, listing packets, contracts, and documents for signature
Enter and maintain listings in the MLS, ShowingTime, and syndication platforms
Coordinate photoshoots, signage, lockboxes, inspections, appraisals, and closings
Track deadlines and transaction milestones in Follow Up Boss, Trello, and spreadsheets
Maintain complete digital transaction files and submit deals for commission and payment
Communicate with attorneys, agents, vendors, and clients as needed
Collect showing feedback and assist agents with showings when required
Prepare commission statements, invoices, and transaction reports
Support seller calls, team meetings, and weekly updates
Request and manage Google and Zillow reviews
Uphold a positive, professional presence and advocate for the team and brand
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience
in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or a similar role
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Proficient typing and comfortable with Excel, MLS, and CRM systems
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
