Description This pivotal role supports the Sales & Marketing departments’ efforts to meet sales goals and market share objectives. Approximate sales volume is 150 million brick per year.

The Sales & Marketing coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales efforts of 11 salespersons. Important to the success of this role will be the ability to multi-task performing several functions concurrently. The Sales & Marketing coordinator also supports the Winston Salem showroom operations.

Requirements

Price File Management:

Maintain all price files for facebrick, paver, thin brick, and special shape brick in Business Central, covering distributor and local markets.

Ensure accuracy of pricing, and update as needed.

Produce and distribute price lists for all markets, including special pricing for key customers and markets.

Certifications & Documentation:

Create and distribute letters of certification upon request in a timely and accurate manner.

Pricing & Quotations:

Provide price quotes as requested, ensuring quick and efficient responses to internal and external stakeholders.

Order Processing & Coordination:

Process and coordinate orders for direct national accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and communication.

Showroom and Yard Duties:

Support the Winston-Salem showroom counter team by assisting customers and providing necessary product information.

Conduct inventory of the showroom and yard

Complete Purchase Orders (PO’s)

Reporting & Analysis:

Compile shipment reports monthly including by sales area and by plant.

Compile and distribute the \"News from the Field\" report on a monthly basis, keeping teams informed of relevant updates.
