Key Responsibilities
Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery to understand prospect needs
Engage with prospects via live chat, phone, email, and social channels to generate new opportunities
Log all prospect interactions and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, demand generation, or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
Experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare / life sciences technology sales is preferred
Desire to grow into a sales, marketing, or account management career path
