
A leading Am Law firm with a nationally integrated real estate platform and a strong presence in key growth markets is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join its Real Estate practice in the Atlanta office.
The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of substantive experience in real estate transactional matters, with particular expertise in real estate debt or equity matters.
The practice handles a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions and offers associates early responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work on high-value matters alongside experienced practitioners in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Handle a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects
Provide legal advice and support on real estate financing matters, including debt and equity structuring
Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents
Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes for real estate transactions
Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and provide strategic legal guidance
Qualifications
4–5 years of law firm experience handling real estate transactional matters
Demonstrated experience with real estate debt or equity matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Excellent academic credentials and strong work history
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the State of Georgia
Salary range starting at
$225,000 , depending on relevant years of experience
