A leading multiservice law firm with a strong commercial real estate practice is seeking a
mid‑level Real Estate Associate
to join its
Atlanta office . The ideal candidate will bring
4-5 years of experience
working on complex real estate transactions and financing matters.
In this role, the attorney will support a wide variety of commercial property work, including
acquisitions, dispositions, development initiatives, and both landlord and tenant leasing . The position also involves advising on
real estate financing , with exposure to
equity structures and debt arrangements
common in large‑scale property transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating core transactional documents, performing due diligence reviews, coordinating closings, and offering strategic guidance to clients across the real estate investment lifecycle.
Compensation is highly competitive for the Atlanta legal market and reflects the seniority and skill level expected for this type of position.
