Overview A rapidly growing, relationship-driven wealth platform serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to support continued inbound growth.
The firm is bringing on increasingly large and complex relationships, including $50M+ households and family office-level clients, and is looking to add a senior, highly sophisticated relationship professional to deliver an exceptional, white-glove client experience.
This role is designed for someone currently operating at a family office or multi-family office level who thrives in depth, nuance, and precision rather than volume or business development.
The Role The Senior Relationship Manager will serve as the primary relationship lead for some of the platform’s most significant clients. The focus is on delivering an institutional-quality client experience across planning, coordination, and long-term relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as lead relationship manager for HNW/ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family office clients ($50M+ relationships)
Deliver a highly customized, white-glove client experience with exceptional responsiveness and discretion
Act as a strategic quarterback across complex planning needs, including:
Comprehensive financial and wealth planning
Tax-aware planning and collaboration with external advisors
Manage multi-generational family dynamics and complex client structures
Partner closely with internal investment, planning, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
Build deep, long-term client relationships rooted in trust, credibility, and sophistication
Ideal Background
Senior-level experience within a family office, multi-family office, or ultra-high-net-worth advisory environment
Strong technical fluency in comprehensive financial planning, with exposure to estate and tax planning concepts
Proven ability to manage complex, high-asset relationships with polish and professionalism
High emotional intelligence, strong executive presence, and exceptional communication skills
Deeply service-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable operating in high-stakes client environments
Compensation
