Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance through the real estate process. Responsibilities include conducting market research, listing properties, showcasing homes to prospective buyers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. While the position requires presence in the field, some work can be completed from home.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required
Strong skills in Real Estate, including property transactions and market knowledge is a plus
Proficiency in Sales and Real Property evaluation
Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time effectively
Proficiency in real estate software and technology is a plus
Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred
