Job Description In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Marketing. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long‑term, large‑scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Marketing business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
Responsibilities
Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Marketing.
Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long‑term, large‑scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Marketing business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
Qualifications
7 plus years of Marketing, E‑business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Additional Skills Digital Personalization and Experimentation
Hands on execution in Adobe Target, building, QA’ing, launching, and maintaining A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization activities end to end
Independently translates marketing requirements into Target configurations with minimal developer support
Marketing Operations and Content Execution
Executes digital content directly within AEM, SDL Tridion, and/or WordPress to support testing and personalization initiatives
Operates within established marketing ops governance, workflows, and content standards
Technical Execution and Troubleshooting
Reads and modifies HTML/CSS (basic JavaScript preferred) to implement Target offers, selectors, and code based experiences
Troubleshoots targeting, rendering, and integration issues using browser developer tools
Accessibility Aware Implementation
Applies WCAG accessibility standards to personalization and testing activities
Identifies and remediates accessibility issues introduced through Target or CMS changes

Must have hands on experience in Adobe Target
Pay Range $68- $78 on W2
