Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Administrator based in Southlake, TX. The Property Administrator will handle day-to-day property management operations, including lease administration, communication with tenants, and coordinating property maintenance. Responsibilities include assisting with budgeting, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and supporting the property management team with administrative tasks and inquiries.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Property Management and experience with overseeing commercial properties
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members
Experience with Budgeting and financial management related to property operations
Knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices
Proficient in relevant property management software and tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in property management or related roles is a plus
