Communications Specialist (Early Career – 1–3 Years Experience)

About the Role We are seeking a motivated

Communications & Digital Engagement Specialist to support andgrow ourdigital presence across website, social platforms, customer reviews,e-commerceand AI powered communications tools

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who understands how to drive results on modern digital platforms, is curious about emerging AI technologies, and wants hands‑on experience shaping brand voice, trust, and visibility across B2B and B2C channels in a fast‑evolving communications environment.

Key Responsibilities Website & Congruent Digital Content Management

Create RFP, select vendor to Revise, Update andmaintainwebsite (CMS-based)

Update and manage Brand Guidelines in alignment with brand-language to ensure the most up-to-date compliant brand materials are used

Ensure messaging consistency, clarity, and brand alignment to B2B and B2C channels

Monitor site performance, usability, and content accuracy

Monitor and respond to customer reviews in coordination with Customer Support

Support e-commercelaunchandoptimization initiatives

Use AI tools for content drafting, analytics, and sentiment analysis

Track engagement metrics and help prepare performance reports

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on product or technical updates, new product launches, and software updates

Digital commerce & Community Engagement

Launch e-commerce

Manage day-to-day engagement across digital platforms with consumer reviews, product reviews, e-commerce reviews, referrals, affiliates, partners, influencers, resellers, and tech ambassadors

Align with Customer Support and develop and manage Customer Review platforms (i.e.Amazon, CNET, Google Reviews, Reddit, Trustpilot, YouTube)

Align with product teams and help launch our new remote management software platform- A·TRACS®

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions ina timelyand brand-approved manner

Track engagement trends andidentifyopportunities for growth with company, hardware & software

Escalate potential issues or reputational risks when needed

Find a solution with a platform for engagement with partieswith;text messages, DM’s, emails, targeted campaigns, ad words, click to explore, customer rewards & incentive programs.

Consumer Reviews & Brand Reputation

Create,Monitorand respond to customer reviews across major platforms

Encourage authentic, compliant customer feedback on the company,hardwareand software

Identifysentiment trends and report insights to leadership

Help protect brand reputation from misinformation, impersonation, or AI-generated content risks

Manage focus group research, product reviews, and friendly-user trials (FUT’s)

LinkedIn Advertising & Professional Presence

Assist with LinkedIn ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking based on your roles experience and feedback from benchmark results

Support organic LinkedIn content and employer brand presence with the marketing department.

Analyze campaign results and suggest optimizations with known behavioral economics and consumer awareness

AI Tools & Modern Communications Support

Use AI-assisted tools for: Content drafting and editing

Social scheduling and analytics support

Review sentiment analysis

Internal communications support

Help evaluate new AI tools for communications efficiency and safety

Assistinidentifyingand mitigating risks related to: AI-generated misinformation

Fake reviews or impersonation

Brand misuse across digital channels

Monitoring, Reporting & Optimization

Track performance metrics across website, social, reviews, and ads

Prepare basic reports and insights for leadership

Recommend improvements based on data and trends

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience (or equivalent internship experience) in: Communications

Digital marketing

Social media management

Content or brand management

Familiarity with: Website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)

Social media platforms and analytics

LinkedIn Ads or paid social basics

Comfort working with AI tools or strong interest in learning

Ability to work on-site in Irvine, CA

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Website building or management, website maintenance, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, Claude, Gemini, Motion, or similar

Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of consumer behavior

Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, paid media, behavior economics, consumer reviews, consumer awareness, social buying, B2B, B2C, and omni-channel marketing strategies

Awareness of digital trust, brand safety, and misinformation risks

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to adapt quickly in a changing digital environment
