Position Title:Administrative Professional-Rental & Sales Coordinator
Reporting to:Parts Manager
Department:Parts

SUMMARY The primary function in this role willbe assistingthe Service,PartsandSales Departments. Any experience withtruck/heavy equipment parts/rentalsis a definite plus.All candidates should have excellent customer relations andcommunicationsskills.
RESPONSIBILITIES Process parts orders forboth internal and external customers
Work closely with vendors and customers to provide partsin a timely manner
Prepare/perform daily & weekly shipments
Input/update rental and sales information into system
Provide shipping and receivingdepartmentsupport when needed
Create andmaintainstandard operating procedures for shipping & receiving
Research websites and vendor databases forcurrentparts pricing
Additionalduties to be assigned by Branch Manager

QUALIFICATIONS Previouscustomer-facing parts experience (looking up and sourcing parts)
Product knowledge (truck/heavy equipment parts)
Active Driver's License with clean driving record
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a CRM platform
Strong communicationand organizational skills
Must be able to reason and multitask quickly
WORK CONDITIONS Physical Demands/Work Environment:
This position regularly requires walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending,kneelingand climbing stairs. It also often requires pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a variety of weather conditions and noise levels.
