Position Title: Administrative Professional-Rental & Sales Coordinator
Reporting to: Parts Manager
Department: Parts

Summary The primary function in this role will be assisting the Service, Parts and Sales Departments. Any experience with truck/heavy equipment parts/rentals is a definite plus. All candidates should have excellent customer relations and communications skills.
Responsibilities
Process parts orders for both internal and external customers
Work closely with vendors and customers to provide parts in a timely manner
Prepare/perform daily & weekly shipments
Input/update rental and sales information into system
Provide shipping and receiving department support when needed
Create and maintain standard operating procedures for shipping & receiving
Research websites and vendor databases for current parts pricing
Additional duties to be assigned by Branch Manager

Qualifications
Previous customer-facing parts experience (looking up and sourcing parts)
Product knowledge (truck/heavy equipment parts)
Active Driver's License with clean driving record
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a CRM platform
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be able to reason and multitask quickly
WORK CONDITIONS Physical Demands/Work Environment: This position regularly requires walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling and climbing stairs. It also often requires pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a variety of weather conditions and noise levels.
