Job Summary Experienced sales executive accountable for National marketing efforts via National Accounts prospecting, negotiating and closing agreements/contracts, program implementation, reporting and strategic account management to grow the business. The Key Accounts Manager will work with insurance claims executives and Franchise owners to build, grow and maintain long‑term, profitable relationships within the property and casualty insurance industry.
You will
Manage Communication Cycle
Monitor Progress, achieve objectives, and improve execution.
Optimize communication throughout company and franchise system.
Measuring and reporting successes, challenges and strategic planning.
Validate SERVPRO Value.
Program Management
Negotiate and Execute Quality Contracts and/or Bulletins that Provide Adequate ROI (To Be Defined) Over Life of Agreement.
Ensure Quality Processes are Completed Timely and Effectively.
Communicate required current and future I.S. needs of our clients (i.e. reporting requirements and security protocol).
Grow Total Gross Revenues.
Grow National Call Center Job Referrals.
Communicate required current and future I.S. needs of our clients.
Regional Marketing
Communicate opportunities to Franchise community to leverage on a local level.
Help build local and regional relationships for NAMs.
Validate performance of Franchise Community in accordance of client expectations.
Serve as Liaison to SERVPRO stakeholders, including Operations and trainers, to ensure actions plans are in place to meet performance.
Ensure timely and sustainable corrective actions are in place for clients.
Liaison for Relationship Development at all Company levels with Focus on Providing Solutions to our Franchise Community.

National Accounts Programs: All National Accounts team members will be assigned additional duties according to areas of knowledge, skills and specialization.
Convention Assistance: Each member of the National Accounts Team will have an assigned role as a part of ensuring the company’s National Convention is as beneficial as possible to our Franchise community.
Unauthorized Activities: It is important for the protection of the company to report any unauthorized activities by any person associated with Servpro Industries, Inc.; issues of concern should be reported to the Director of National Sales immediately.
You have
Ability to read, write, and communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
Minimum five years seasoned relationship‑based sales/marketing experience.
Experience in sales planning, budgeting, and development of sales bonus plans.
Experience in the development and use of automated information report tools.
Claims management and/or property insurance experience a plus.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Strong Customer Service Skills.
Solid understanding of Microsoft
Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing and/or Related Degree).
