
Part-Time Remote Call Center Agent
notifyMD is seeking Part-Time Remote Call Center Agents to provide the friendly, professional voice our clients depend on. This role is ideal for those who thrive under pressure as the day-to-day involves skillfully managing a high-volume of incoming calls. You'll be tasked with providing an exceptional experience for callers while maintaining service quality and meeting performance expectations. Since we deliver exceptional service 24/7/365 days a year, this role requires availability to work a weekend day and holidays. To excel in this role, you should have a typing speed of 35WPM and proficient computer skills. We are seeking self-motivated, accountable individuals with a warm demeanor who remain composed when assisting upset callers. Success here requires strong attention to detail in writing and a consistent dedication to reliable attendance and schedule adherence. Previous customer service experience is not required. Being bilingual in Spanish and/or French is a plus! Remote Requirements
A Windows PC or laptop (no Apple products, tablets or Chromebooks) Your screen resolution must be at least 1600x900 (Two monitors are preferred to help with efficiency) A wired USB headset with a microphone Broadband internet connection that can pass our speed test A direct Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi) 1 GB of available storage space A dedicated workspace free from distraction Pay
$20/hour Shifts
