Key Responsibilities
Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and care
Assist callers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing accurate information
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system
Follow company policies and procedures while delivering top-tier customer support
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed
Meet performance targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate call center systems
Effective multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesCustomer-focused mindset and positive attitude
Reliable attendance and punctuality
