Achieve or exceed sales objectives for the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers
Collaborate with distributor management to create effective sales and marketing strategies
Conduct product training and sales meetings for distributor personnel
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
RSM I: 5+ years of professional experience; industry experience strongly preferred
RSM II: 8+ years of professional experience; some industry experience required
Must be willing to travel extensively and work long hours
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and mapping software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the landscaping or equipment manufacturing industry
Strong mechanical aptitude and orientation
Proven ability to build and cultivate long‑term business relationships
Previous experience in sales or marketing roles
Familiarity with the latest sales tools and technologies
