What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Achieve or exceed sales objectives for assigned territory
Maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers to enhance product distribution
Collaborate with distributor management to create effective sales and marketing strategies
Conduct training sessions for distributor personnel on product and sales techniques
Represent the brand at trade shows and other industry events
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of professional experience for RSM I; 8+ years for RSM II, preferably within the industry
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to cultivate long-term business relationships
Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays and some weekends
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and mapping software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the landscape equipment industry
Proven track record of successful sales and relationship management
Experience with sales training and development
Familiarity with trade show representation and marketing strategies
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
