Achieve or exceed sales objectives for the assigned territory
Build and maintain relationships with distributors and dealers to enhance product distribution
Collaborate with distributor management to develop effective sales and marketing strategies
Conduct training meetings for distributor personnel on product and sales techniques
Represent the brand at trade shows and other industry events
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of professional experience for RSM I; 8+ years for RSM II, with industry experience preferred for RSM II
Strong relationship-building skills and mechanical aptitude
Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours, including weekends
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and mapping software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the landscape equipment industry
Previous experience in sales or marketing roles
Familiarity with sales training methodologies
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
