What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of professional experience for RSM I; 8+ years for RSM II, with industry experience strongly preferred
Ability to build and cultivate long‑term business relationships
Willingness to travel and spend nights away from home
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and mapping software

Previous experience in the manufacturing or sales industry
Strong mechanical aptitude and orientation
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with sales training and development
Familiarity with the landscape equipment market
