What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Meet or exceed sales objectives within the assigned territory
Maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers to support product distribution
Conduct quarterly performance reviews with distributor management
Facilitate product and sales training for distributor personnel
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred
5+ years of professional experience for RSM I; 8+ years for RSM II, with industry experience strongly preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to travel frequently
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and mapping software
Must reside within the assigned territory

Experience in the landscape equipment industry
Proven track record of building long-term business relationships
Ability to demonstrate equipment effectively
Familiarity with sales and marketing programs in a similar field
Strong negotiation and communication skills
