What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Meet or exceed sales objectives for the assigned territory

Maintain strong business relationships with distributors and dealers

Collaborate with distributor management to develop effective sales and marketing strategies

Conduct product and sales training meetings for distributor personnel

Represent the brand at trade shows and other industry functions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred

5+ years of professional experience for RSM I; 8+ years for RSM II, with industry experience preferred

Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships

Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mapping software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the manufacturing or landscape equipment industry

Strong mechanical aptitude

Experience in sales and marketing within a similar market

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences

Previous experience participating in trade shows or industry events
