What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve sales objectives and maintain strong business relationships with distributors and dealers
Collaborate with distributor management to develop effective sales and marketing programs
Conduct quarterly performance reviews with distributors and prepare annual business plans
Facilitate product and sales training meetings for distributor personnel
Represent the brand at trade shows and other industry functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum high school diploma required
5+ years of professional experience for RSM I; 8+ years for RSM II, with industry experience strongly preferred
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and mapping software
Must reside within the designated territory
