Requirements Primary Responsibilities
Manage client accounts, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions
Process new/renewal business, proposals, quotes, and policy accuracy in both Applied Epic and carrier websites
Handle service requests (certificates, endorsements, audits, cancellations) promptly
Deliver exceptional client service with a fast, professional response
Handle first report of claims by gathering information from client and reporting to the agency’s dedicated claim team, while following up to confirm a successful resolution of the claim
Experience and Skills
Property & Casualty license and 2+ years of commercial insurance service experience—focus on small business accounts preferred
Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting
Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, ARM) preferred
Strong work ethic and critical thinking
Applied Epic experience preferred but not a deal breaker
