What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement regional growth strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
Manage the sales effectiveness of independent sales teams and ensure sales targets are met
Create and execute dynamic go-to-market strategies across diverse customer channels
Drive accountability and provide coaching for individual sales representatives
Maintain regional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and sales funnel reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent field
10+ years of indirect sales management experience with channel partners and distributors
5+ years of direct team management experience preferred
Experience in the manufacturing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical industry
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Salesforce CRM
Ability to lead sales teams with influence and motivation
Proven track record of building strong customer relationships
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Residing near major airports in LA, AR, OK, MS, with a preference for New Orleans
