What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement regional growth strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
Manage sales effectiveness of independent sales teams and ensure sales funnel alignment with budget expectations
Lead major selling situations and monitor sales activity within the assigned region
Build and nurture key partnerships with distributors and contractors
Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and sales funnel report-out
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent field
10+ years of indirect sales management experience managing a third‑party rep network
5+ years of direct team management experience preferred
Experience in the manufacturing, construction, HVAC, plumbing & mechanical, or similar industry
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Salesforce CRM
Residence near a major airport in LA, AR, OK, or MS, with preference for New Orleans
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
