Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operational Key Account Manager located in LA, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco or New York. The Operational Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure client satisfaction. Daily tasks include overseeing customer accounts, planning business strategies, and working closely with clients to address their needs and concerns.

Qualifications

Min 5 years freight forwarder key account management experience

Analytical Skills and ability to utilize data for effective decision-making

Experience in Account Management and managing Key Accounts

Strong Business Planning skills

Ability to work on-site in Orange County, CA

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in logistics or related industries is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
