The Opportunity As the Manager of Sales Enablement & Effectiveness, you’ll sit at the center of our revenue organization, working directly with the CRO to design, implement, and scale the systems, tools, insights, and teams that support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
You’ll build and maintain the enablement function from the ground up — defining strategy, selecting technology, leading teams, and creating the infrastructure that enables predictable, sustainable growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership naturally, and enjoys both strategic thinking and rolling up their sleeves.
What You’ll Own
Design and lead Touch Dynamic’s sales enablement strategy — tools, processes, reporting, and analytics.
Identify and implement technology that improves sales productivity and the customer buying experience.
Serve as a CRM power user, owning lead management, system integrity, and reporting standards.
Partner with the CRO to translate revenue goals into actionable operating plans.
Build, lead, and develop high‑performing teams across Order Entry.
Create clarity around roles, expectations, performance metrics, and development paths.
Lead weekly performance reviews focused on insights, accountability, and results.
Analytics, Planning & Execution
Deliver actionable insights across pipeline health, performance trends, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Executive Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to drive scale, speed, and accuracy.
Lead special projects that move the revenue organization forward.

What You Bring
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a related leadership role.
Proven experience building and managing teams, KPIs, and performance improvement initiatives.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (admin experience a plus).
Comfort designing, managing, and interpreting data across multiple systems.
Exceptional communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
A self-starter mindset — organized, dependable, and comfortable operating with autonomy.
Energy, curiosity, and a desire to build something meaningful.
This is a full-time, onsite role based at Touch Dynamic’s headquarters in South Plainfield, NJ. We believe collaboration, speed, and shared ownership are best built in person.
