Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do: Manage inbound customer inquiries in the fast-paced environment of a Fortune 250 company. Guide customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting our range of TV, Internet, and wireless products and services. This is a full-time on-site position; hours may include evenings, weekends, or holidays. A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
