
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary client contact (phone, email, in-person).
Prepare and file immigration forms and legal documents under attorney supervision.
Manage case files, calendars, and client communications.
Assist attorneys with case preparation and follow-ups.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
Maintain practice and client confidentiality.
Required Qualifications (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
2+ years of direct immigration legal assistant experience.
Full professional fluency in English, and Spanish.
Strong working knowledge of immigration forms and procedures (Family Petitions, Marriage AOS, K-visas, Consular Processing, Employment-Based, Family-Based Waivers, VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, and etc.)
Excellent organizational, time-management, and self-management skills.
Familiarity with case management software.
Working proficiency with MS Office.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
