
Customer Service Representative (Remote)

EMERGE GROW OVERCOME is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our remote support team. In this role, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service quality. Your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
Assist customers with basic troubleshooting, order inquiries, and account support
Document customer interactions and update records accurately
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and procedures
Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times
Minimum Requirements
1–4 years of experience in customer service or a related support role
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or support tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
