What You’ll Do: Coach, mentor, and motivate a sales team focused on both new business development and growing existing accounts.

Manage inventory and stock requests to maximize profitability.

Partner with reps to develop tailored solutions and consolidation strategies for customers.

What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of sales leadership or supervisory experience

Strong understanding of sales metrics, profit/loss, and estimating

Proven ability to build and manage successful sales teams

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
