This is a hunter-focused, people-oriented sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, face-to-face selling, and building long-term customer relationships — with a clear path into leadership.

Key Responsibilities – Outside Sales

Prospect restaurants and foodservice operations within a protected territory

Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits

Lease commercial dishwashing equipment and upsell cleaning and disinfecting products

Conduct on-site sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations

Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline

Identify new markets and growth opportunities

Participate in weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions

Compensation

$40,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Total yearly earnings potential up to $90,000

Quarterly bonuses and performance incentives

Branch Manager Responsibilities Include

Leading daily branch operations and customer service

Hiring, training, and developing branch employees

Owning branch sales growth, profitability, and performance metrics

Prospect restaurants and foodservice operations to generate new business and identify new markets for growth opportunities

Managing inventory, assets, and administrative responsibilitiesSetting the standard for integrity, professionalism, and teamwork

Branch Manager Compensation

Salary + bonus potential up to $90,000 yearly
