
Switchboard is seeking an
Executive Personal Assistant
to support our client, the Founder of a fast-growing consumer brand. This is not a traditional corporate admin role — it's a hands-on, high-trust position built around flexibility, initiative, and partnership. You'll be the right hand to an entrepreneur, helping run both the business and the day-to-day life that surrounds it. You'll thrive here if you're organized but adaptable, steady under pressure, and energized by bringing order and follow-through to a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day executive support: manage inbox, calendar, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups
Act as a point of contact and gatekeeper, triaging incoming requests and communications
Handle personal logistics: appointments, errands, reservations, travel planning, gift sourcing, and home‑life coordination as needed
Coordinate and track orders, shipments, and inventory with external partners and internal teammates
Support vendor and partner relationships, including communication, documentation, and follow‑through on action items
Assist with client and partner‑facing logistics for meetings, events, and special projects
Support basic finance operations such as organizing receipts, preparing simple invoices, tracking payments, and coordinating with bookkeeping/accounting
Maintain and streamline systems across digital tools (Google Workspace, project boards, CRM, and internal docs)
Draft and organize documents, recaps, and light research to support clear decision‑making
Take ownership of special projects that make the Founder's work and life run more smoothly
Requirements
Previous experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or senior leader in a fast‑paced environment
Experience managing both professional and personal tasks for one primary person
Strong organizational instincts with the ability to juggle moving pieces without dropping details
High discretion and judgment; you handle sensitive information and personal matters with care
Confident communicator who is proactive, follows through, and doesn't need hand‑holding
Comfortable using Google Workspace, project management tools, messaging platforms, and basic finance/CRM software
Benefits Salary:
$70,000 - $100,000 + discretionary bonus Location:
Denver, CO - Hybrid
