A high-profile healthcare entrepreneur is seeking a long-term Executive Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and personal support. This is an onsite role within a Century City medical office and requires someone who thrives working closely with a principal in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include:

Managing a high-volume inbox and complex calendar Coordinating travel, meetings, and scheduling logistics Handling bills, expenses, and basic bookkeeping coordination Supporting business projects, events, and media/podcast logistics Running errands and assisting with occasional personal/family needs Light tech troubleshooting and general administrative support Experienced supporting a high-level executive or entrepreneur 5+ years of experience in an Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant role Highly organized, discreet, and proactive Tech-savvy with strong communication skills Mature, dependable, and seeking long-term stability Comfortable in a “no task too big or small” role Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
