The Sell My CarBDC Associate – Campaignsis responsible formanagingall Sell My Car campaign leadsfor assigned dealerships. This role is focused onhigh-volume outbound calling, texting, and emailingcustomers to convert campaign opportunities intoconfirmed vehicle appraisal appointments.
This is aproduction-driven rolewith clear activity and performance expectations.
Core Responsibilities
Manage 100% of Sell My Car campaign leads for assigned stores
Execute outbound calls, texts, and emails to campaign customers
Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
Set and confirm in-store appraisal appointments
Explain the Sell My Car process clearly and professionally
Overcome basic objections andmaintainurgency
Coordinate appointments with store teams
Accurately log all activity and outcomes in the CRM
Performance Expectations
100+ outbound calls per day
Strong contact, appointment set, and show rates
Vehiclesacquiredfrom campaign opportunities
Daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking
Consistent adherence to BDC process and follow-up cadence
Required Skills & Traits
Confident phone presence and clear communication
Comfortable with high call volume and repetitive execution
Organized, disciplined, and coachable
Competitive and results-driven
CRM experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
Authorized to work in the USA
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
Must have a valid driver's license
Compensation & Growth
Base pay plus performance-based bonuses
