
Bilingual Medicare Sales Agent – Melville, New York Plan Medicare Making the Med

We are currently searching for a bilingual Sales Associate to work onsite at our Long Island headquarters, alongside our sales team.
Plan Medicare was founded to help people understand the many facets of Medicare insurance. With so much constantly changing in the healthcare industry we understand that it can be intimidating and confusing when it comes time to choose a Medicare package. Our goal is to make the Medicare process easy- everything from education to enrollment, to on-going annual analysis.
Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and communication skills as well as a desire to grow in the sales industry. Applicants must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Assist the sales team with all aspects of their job, streamline their workload and liaise with clients directly
Speak with all Spanish speaking clients and potential clients- translating for other agents when necessary
Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
Excellent communication over the phone and in writing
Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our clients
Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
Strong administrative skills
Ability to learn new online systems quicklyLicensed to sell within 6 months of starting (we will assist with this, every step of the way)
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual Spanish & English Speaking
Must be computer savvy and proficient with email
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sales experience preferred
This job is full-time, Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm. Our office is located in Melville, Long Island.

$55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
