Join our team as a Customer Engagement and Sales Associate, where you'll provide outstanding service by actively connecting with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. In this role, you will:
Utilize our tools to learn about products and effectively communicate information to customers, helping them with their projects.
Master the art of greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing sales in your department.
Maintain organized, safe, and clean areas while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Adhere to all safety policies, completing required training, correcting hazards, and reporting unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty.
Collaborate with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates across various departments, such as Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
