ETI Energy Tools is a trusted supplier of industrial tools, safety equipment, and operational support solutions serving energy, infrastructure, and industrial markets. We partner with customers to keep operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably. ETI is seeking a results-driven Industrial Tools & Safety Sales Representative with proven experience supporting technical and field-based customers across power generation, communications/data, oil & gas, utilities, and industrial HVAC. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, identifying operational needs, and delivering solutions that improve safety, uptime, and performance for our customers. Responsibilities

Develop and manage a territory of industrial and energy-sector accounts Sell industrial tools, safety equipment, and related solutions to plant managers, procurement teams, safety leaders, and field operations Identify opportunities within power generation, communications & data infrastructure, oil & gas, utilities, and industrial HVAC environments Conduct on-site visits, job walks, and product demonstrations Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and frontline personnel Partner with internal teams to ensure timely quotes, order fulfillment, and customer support Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives Maintain CRM activity, pipeline visibility, and account strategy plans Stay informed on safety standards, industry regulations, and product innovations Required Experience

At least two years of B2B sales experience in industrial tools, safety, MRO, or related technical industries, with proven sales history. Demonstrated experience selling into one or more of the following sectors: Communications and data infrastructure Oil & gas Utilities Strong understanding of field operations, plant environments, and safety requirements Proven ability to develop new business while maintaining existing accounts Preferred Qualifications

Established relationships within the energy, utility, and industrial contractor markets Strong understanding of PPE, safety regulations, and jobsite productivity solutions Experience in presenting and demonstrating technical products in a consultative sales environment Proficiency with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline and sales process management Core Competencies
