Account Coordinator

We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking an individual who is responsible, energetic, detailed-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, works well with others and is eager to roll up their sleeves and learn it all.
Primary responsibilities
Work directly with third parties in development of Licensed Products.
Coordinate all client approvals.
Ensures deadlines, timetables and approval procedures are adhered to for assigned projects and copies of all required materials are made and distributed in a timely manner.
Proofreads all copy, layouts, press releases, package copy, etc.
Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities on assigned accounts.
Assist in client presentations.
Clearly communicate status of all project activity.
Coordination of special projects.
Minimum Qualifications
1-2 years Marketing and/or Brand Licensing experience preferred
Resourceful team player with a can-do attitude
Strong communicator with good phone skills
Excellent writing and proofing skills
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
