The Residential Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property upkeep. Responsibilities include managing leases, addressing tenant concerns, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, overseeing lease administration, and collaborating with team members to achieve operational efficiency and meet company goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address tenant needs and maintain excellent relationships.
Experience with Property Management and Lease Administration, including managing day‑to‑day operations and lease agreements.
Knowledge of Leases and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
Proficiency in relevant property management software and tools is preferred.
Prior experience in residential property management is highly advantageous.
