Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role located in Baltimore, MD. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property management operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and budget management. The role involves ensuring compliance with all regulations, managing property-related contracts, and addressing tenant issues effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
Class A/B Office Management Experience for a minimum of 3 Years
Tenant relations and lease administration skills
Experience in property maintenance coordination and vendor management
Proficiency in contract negotiation and compliance management
Financial acumen in budget management and financial reporting (Yardi & Excel Proficiency preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in property management software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Previous property management experience is highly desirable
