Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. Office or banking experience is a plus!!

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Provide exceptional customer service. Answer incoming phone calls with a sense of urgency. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Take payments and process customer policy change requests. Responds to all inquiries, within specified timeframe. Requirements
Property & casualty insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain; willing to train and mentor. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Great Customer Service Skills. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Ability to tactfully communicate with our clients and prospects.
